Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that high order volumes or unforeseen circumstances may cause slight delays.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping (Domestic): 5–8 business days
  • Express Shipping (Domestic): 2–4 business days
  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (depending on location and customs clearance)

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24 hours for tracking details to update.

International Shipping Disclaimer:
We ship internationally to selected countries. Please note that international packages may be subject to customs, duties, and taxes. LeviJuliana is not responsible for these charges, which must be paid by the recipient.


Return and Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Returns:
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Final sale items, undergarments, and gift cards are non-returnable.

How to Initiate a Return:
To request a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide detailed instructions for return shipping. Please do not send items back without prior authorization.

Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your items.

Exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, please return the original item and place a new order.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
